Job summary

Artefact seeks a Manager to lead GenAI strategy and architecture projects, owning end-to-end design and delivery. You will guide cross-functional teams, present to C-level stakeholders, and run workshops independently across HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance and IT contexts.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional IT experience with hands-on engineering background.
3+ years in AI/GenAI architecture and solution design projects.
Experience presenting to C-level stakeholders and leading workshops.
Consulting experience, preferably in strategy or SI/delivery firms.
Proven track record in leading projects and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead GenAI strategy and architecture projects end-to-end from scoping to rollout.
Own proposals, estimates, and demos; shape client opportunities.
Guide development teams; review solutions; ensure delivery quality.
Present recommendations to C-level audiences and stakeholders.
