Job summary

SHL Medical AG seeks an experienced Finance Business Controller for Advantec to lead FP&A and partner with the Automation and Tooling teams. The role oversees a 4‑person team in Taiwan and drives budgeting, forecasting, and project financials across entities.

You will standardize reporting, challenge profitability assumptions and collaborate with IT and data teams to automate processes using SAP and Power BI. English fluency is essential, with German preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, business or project controlling experience.
• Experience in multi-entity or international environments.
• Strong SAP FI/CO and PS, Excel/Power Query, Power BI skills.
• Fluency in English required; German preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Advantec leadership on profitability, costs, cash and investments.
• Coordinate annual budget and forecast cycles across entities.
• Develop monthly reporting with actuals, variance, forecast and commentary.
• Monitor sales, gross profit, costs, EBITDA, headcount and CAPEX by entity.
