Job summary

Flex is seeking a Controller (a) near Hägglingen in AG, Switzerland. You will prepare financial statements, budgets and forecasts in line with corporate policies, supporting the Head of Finance and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

The role requires German and English at C1-C2, MS Office and ERP proficiency, and prior experience in a multinational manufacturing environment; Swiss GAAP knowledge is essential and US GAAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Commercial education or training focused on finance/accounting.
• Higher education in finance/controlling preferred.
• Experience in a multinational Medtech manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Swiss GAAP; US GAAP is a plus.
• Strong MS Office and ERP skills.
• Proficiency in German and English (C1-C2).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for the Head of Finance.
• Ensure accurate cost accounting and cost centre reporting with GBS.
• Assist in creating and consolidating documents for budget and 3+ year planning.
• Support various business areas with PnL analyses and customer profitability analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather financial data and KPIs.
• Act as deputy within the department.
