Job summary

Flexion Robotics is seeking a Finance Lead to own the financial backbone for a fast-scaling robotics company. You will lead FP&A across global entities, build models, reporting and financial controls to enable strategic decisions.

This hands-on, high-ownership role drives monthly close, cash-flow forecasting, audits and more. You will guide global financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, establish and maintain robust controls, and oversee procurement, payroll and regulatory reporting

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance or audit, ideally in high-growth startup or scale-up.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; professional qualification (e.g. Swiss Fachausweis, ACCA, CPA or CFA) is a plus.
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills; able to build driver-based models from scratch; proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Solid grasp of Swiss accounting, tax and payroll requirements; comfortable operating across multiple entities and currencies.
• Builder's mindset; thrives with ambiguity and ownership in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.
• Excellent communication; translate financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders and present to leadership and investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A, budgeting and forecasting aligned with company goals at a SaaS startup.
• Establish and maintain global financial controls; ensure regulatory compliance and optimal performance.
• Drive monthly close, cash-flow forecasting, audits and related processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for leadership with actionable insights.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement, vendor onboarding and payments across entities.
