Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management in matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 15-20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Category Strategy for Finished Goods and drive sourcing events.
• Negotiate supplier agreements covering cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability objectives.
• Drive supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mitigate supply chain risks with proactive planning, dual sourcing, and supplier diversification.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and regional teams.
• Support new product introductions and strategic growth initiatives.
