Zusammenfassung

Arcus Group is seeking a Group Financial Controller to safeguard financial integrity across international operations in Baar, Switzerland. You will lead consolidation, reporting, and analyses for the Executive Committee and Board, with a focus on process improvement and control environment.

You will partner with the CFO and local finance teams, drive the statutory consolidation, and support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and IFRS transition where relevant.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics or a related field.
• Approx. 5–10 years of relevant experience in financial control, external audit or corporate finance within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation and accounting principles (Dutch GAAP and IFRS knowledge is an advantage).
• Excellent analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with ability to improve and simplify financial processes.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence across levels.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a preference) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Experience in an international multi-entity organization is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, German or French is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and coordinate Group reporting cycle, including monthly actual reporting and annual Strategic Plan, Budget and Forecast processes.
• Consolidate financial results of international subsidiaries and ensure timely, accurate Group reporting.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses for Executive Committee (monthly) and Shareholders/Board (quarterly).
• Coordinate preparation of annual statutory and consolidated financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies and controls; explore further professionalization of the Group reporting framework (IFRS transition possible).
• Lead and participate in finance transformation projects, including ERP implementation and reporting automation.
• Support treasury, tax and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with finance teams across countries to strengthen knowledge sharing and standardization.
• Act as trusted business partner for Group Management and local finance teams.
• Act as deputy to the CFO and support strategic finance initiatives.
