Job summary

Vilebrequin, Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland, is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to coordinate external firms, monitor monthly close, and analyze inventory, margins, and system data flows. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and robust controls.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong Excel, and fluency in French and English. Swiss accounting exposure is a plus and multi-entity experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, finance or audit.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and closing process knowledge.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience with Swiss accounting is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external accounting firms and closing activities. Ensure timely and accurate data submission.
• Analyse inventory, cost of sales and margins; verify valuation and gross margin.
• Ensure reliability of data flows between systems; perform reconciliations.
• Support Swiss entity closing activities and liaise on tax matters; collaborate with auditors.
