Vilebrequin, based in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland, seeks a Finance Accountant to support closing, inventory and margins analysis, and system data reliability across multi-entity operations. You will collaborate with external accounting firms, manage data flows, and ensure accuracy of financial information for the Swiss entity.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting/finance degree, has 3–5 years of experience, is fluent in French and English, and is proficient in Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration required.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance or audit; Big Four or multi-entity exposure a plus.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and closing process understanding.
• Comfort with inventory, cost, margin and variance analysis.
• Understanding of accounting flows and system interfaces; experience with multiple tools.
• Knowledge of Talentia, Yooz, Orli or Y2 is a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Swiss accounting is an asset.
• Exposure to cross-functional finance/systems initiatives appreciated.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate accounting operations and closing activities with external accounting firms and internal teams.
• Analyse inventory, margins and variances; monitor data quality and report variances.
• Ensure reliability of data flows and system interfaces between finance, logistics, production and IT.
• Support Swiss entity accounting, tax matters and coordination with auditors and external service providers.
