Job summary

ATEC Personal AG in Fribourg (FR) seeks an Export Specialist to independently handle and coordinate global export and logistics orders, and to prepare all relevant customs, freight, and export documentation.

You will act as the central liaison between freight forwarders, customs offices, clients, and suppliers, support purchasing with order placement and invoice verification, and maintain master data in MS Excel while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (Swiss EFZ / equivalent).
• Fluent business English (oral and written); French is a plus.
• Several years of experience in exports; strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Independent handling and coordination of global export and logistics orders.
• Preparation and procurement of all relevant customs, freight, and export documentation.
• Acting as a central liaison between freight forwarders, customs offices, clients, and suppliers.
• Operational support for the purchasing department with order placement and invoice verification.
• Maintenance of master data in MS Excel and involvement in process optimizations.
