Zusammenfassung

Uniworld - GRC Global River Cruises, based in Rheinfelden, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Employee Relations specialist to advise managers and staff on relations matters and to maintain People & Culture policies. You will coordinate investigations and ensure fair, confidential handling of concerns across an international, multicultural workforce.

The role requires strong communication, discretion and the ability to manage multiple cases with stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in employee relations and workplace conflict resolution.
• Experience handling complaints, grievances, disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice on sensitive employee matters.
• Understanding of confidentiality, fairness and consistent case management.
• Experience developing and implementing People & Culture policies and guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines across an organisation.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on employee relations matters, providing practical and consistent guidance.
• Advise and support managers in handling performance concerns, misconduct, conflicts, inappropriate behaviour and absence-related issues.
• Maintain, review and update People & Culture policies, employee handbooks, procedures and guidance materials.
• Support the communication, interpretation and rollout of new or updated policies, guidelines and procedures across the organisation.
• Receive, assess and manage employee concerns, including bullying, harassment, discrimination, conflict and inappropriate behaviour, ensuring confidentiality and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate and conduct employee relations investigations, including preparation, interviews, documentation, outcome summaries and recommendations.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate actions, including disciplinary measures, coaching, training or other corrective actions.
