Job summary

Kistler Group seeks a Global Supply Chain Program Manager Electronics to lead cross-functional programs from concept to production across global locations in Switzerland. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in SCM, Program/Project Management, Strategic Procurement, NPI or Product Lifecycle Management.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs in international/matrix organizations.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, PCBAs, contract manufacturing, supplier management, and lifecycle processes.
• Governance, milestone management, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• ERP systems experience, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global supply chain workstream across electronics projects from concept to serial production and end-of-life management.
• Establish governance, transparency, and standardized methodologies across product lifecycle projects.
• Act as the interface between development, Procurement, and Supply Chain for early alignment and collaboration.
• Define and execute sourcing and supplier strategies with Strategic Procurement.
• Drive industrialization and manufacturing readiness across global locations.
• Own the global project portfolio dashboard and reporting framework for visibility.
• Lead lifecycle risk management to mitigate obsolescence and supply risks.
• Develop lifecycle, sourcing, and phase-in/phase-out strategies for critical components.
• Drive continuous improvement and global standardization across functions.
