Job summary

The Kistler Group is seeking a Global Supply Chain Program Manager Electronics to drive structure, transparency, and execution excellence across its electronics portfolio. You will act as the central interface between Product Management, R&D, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations to ensure governance and readiness from concept to lifecycle end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, program/project management or NPI.
• Experience with cross-functional programs in international, matrix-driven organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global supply chain workstream across electronics product development, lifecycle projects, and readiness.
• Establish governance, transparency, and standardized methodologies across product lifecycles.
• Act as the key interface between development teams, procurement, and supply chain functions.
• Define and execute sourcing and supplier strategies with Strategic Procurement.
• Drive industrialization and manufacturing readiness activities across global locations.
• Own and maintain the global project portfolio dashboard and reporting framework.
• Lead lifecycle risk management to mitigate obsolescence, single-source dependencies, and capacity risks.
• Develop lifecycle, sourcing, and phase-in/phase-out strategies for critical components.
• Drive continuous improvement and global standardization initiatives across functions.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).
