Job summary

Kistler Group in Switzerland is seeking a Global Supply Chain Program Manager Electronics to drive governance, transparency and execution excellence across the electronics portfolio. You will coordinate between Product Management, R&D, Procurement and Manufacturing to ensure early supply chain readiness and successful product launches.

In this role you establish standards, dashboards, and scalable processes, own lifecycle risk management, and lead international cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in SCM, Engineering or Electronics.
• 5+ years in SCM, PM, procurement or NPI roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs in international settings.
• Strong knowledge of components, PCBAs, and contract manufacturing.
• Proven governance, milestone management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global supply chain workstream across electronics product development and lifecycle projects, ensuring readiness from concept to end of life.
• Establish governance, transparency and standardized methodologies across lifecycle projects with milestone management and reporting.
• Act as the interface between development teams, Procurement, and Supply Chain to align early and integrate supply chain requirements.
• Define and execute sourcing and supplier strategies with Strategic Procurement for prototypes, pilot builds, ramp-ups, and serial manufacturing.
• Drive industrialization and manufacturing readiness across global production locations.
• Own and maintain the global project portfolio dashboard and framework for management visibility, risk, and supplier performance.
• Lead lifecycle risk management to mitigate obsolescence, single-source dependencies, and capacity constraints.
• Develop lifecycle, sourcing and phase-in/phase-out strategies for critical components and suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement and global standardization across functions to strengthen launch readiness and supply chain resilience.
