Job summary

Kistler Group in Switzerland seeks a Global Product Lifecycle Supply Chain Manager – Electronics to drive governance, transparency, and execution excellence across the electronics portfolio. You will coordinate between Product Management, R&D, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations to ensure readiness for launches and lifecycle projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional programs or portfolios in international matrix organizations.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle processes and NPI.
• Proven ability to drive governance, milestones, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global supply chain workstream across electronics development and lifecycle projects.
• Establish governance, transparency, and standardized methodologies across projects.
• Act as the interface between development teams, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Define and execute sourcing and supplier strategies with Strategic Procurement.
• Drive industrialization and manufacturing readiness across global locations.
• Own the global project portfolio dashboard and reporting framework.
• Lead lifecycle risk management and mitigate obsolescence risks.
