Job summary

The Kistler Group is seeking a Global Supply Chain Program Manager Electronics to lead the global supply chain workstream across electronics product development and lifecycle projects. You will ensure supply chain readiness from concept phase through industrialization, launch, production ramp-up, and end-of-life management.

You will establish governance, transparency, and standardized methodologies across product lifecycles, collaborate with development, procurement, and supply chain functions,

Qualifications

• Governance and milestone management across product lifecycles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, R&D, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering and Operations.
• Experience in complex cross-functional programs in international/matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain workstream across electronics product development and lifecycle projects from concept to seriaal production end-of-life.
• Establish project governance, transparency, and standardized methodologies worldwide.
• Interface between development, Procurement, and Supply Chain to align early and execute efficiently.
• Define and execute sourcing and supplier strategies with Strategic Procurement.
• Drive manufacturing readiness and transitions from development to serial operations across locations.
• Own global project portfolio dashboard and reporting framework for status, risks, and supplier performance.
• Lead lifecycle risk management and mitigations for obsolescence and supply continuity.
