Qualifications

• Degree in Law; other degrees may be considered with experience in legal department or contract management.
• English and German mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams with a proactive and innovative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive contract management activities and lead project contract managers.
• Develop and implement a Contract Management Strategy Plan (CMSP) with the Core Project Team.
• Ensure compliance with contract governance and timely notices to customers/partners.
• Establish and implement project-specific contractual procedures, including documentation, notifications, and claims files.
• Monitor project milestones to ensure adherence to legal and contractual obligations.
• Provide advice on legal/contract issues, risks and claims activities.
• Prepare and manage documentation for claims and counterclaims negotiations.
• Deliver training on legal, contract and claim management to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring terms compliance.
• Prepare and draft contractual and legal documentation; customer/supplier letters.
