Job summary

Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG seeks a Commercial Contracts Manager to support indirect procurement and contract governance from Stans. You will develop templates, coordinate with Legal and procurement, and draft/negotiate contracts in collaboration with Commercial Managers.

The role requires an established university degree and several years in contract management, with fluency in English and a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Business Law, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in contract management or procurement, preferably in an international environment.
Fluent English, both written and spoken (minimum C1).
Strong analytical and structured approach with the ability to assess complex matters and provide sound recommendations.

Responsibilities

Support procurement teams for indirect goods across multiple units by developing and maintaining standard contract templates.
Coordinate contract templates and contractual matters with Legal and procurement stakeholders.
Draft, review and negotiate contracts with Commercial Managers and support post‑sales contract topics.
Prepare management summaries of key terms, risks and conditions for contracts under negotiation.
Create reports, statistics and analyses on contract management activities for management.
