Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce global construction safety guidance across all capital projects.
• Cultivate a unified safety culture with active employee and contractor engagement.
• Deploy standardized tools and frameworks like Construction Safety Plans and risk checklists.
• Empower site teams with Stop Work Authority for unsafe conditions.
• Lead incident response and lessons learned to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor monthly leading safety indicators and participate in project reviews.
