Zusammenfassung

Belimo Automation AG in Switzerland seeks a Compliance Program Manager (80-100%) to shape and drive a company-wide compliance program in a dynamic international environment. You will coordinate governance, regulatory monitoring, audits, and continuous improvement with stakeholders across Quality, Sustainability, Product Compliance, Legal, Information Security, Supply Chain, and HR.

You will lead the enterprise Compliance Management Framework, manage the risk-based audit program across functions

Qualifikationen

• Experience in compliance, risk, and quality management within an international organization.
• Strong knowledge of integrated management systems and internal auditing.
• Proven project management experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and communicate with leadership.
• Fluent in English and German; travel readiness required.
