Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field (Compliance certification is a plus).
• At least 5 years of Ethics & Compliance experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Solid knowledge of ABAC, data privacy, and industry codes (EFPIA, IFPMA, FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
• Experience with monitoring, investigations, policy implementation and third-party due diligence.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Italian is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Implement and continuously improve the company’s Ethics & Compliance framework.
• Ensure compliance with ABAC, data privacy and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Develop, update and maintain policies, SOPs and internal procedures.
• Manage third-party due diligence and support compliance monitoring activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and support internal investigations where required.
• Provide compliance guidance to cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Ensure compliant interactions with HCPs, HCOs and other external stakeholders.
• Deliver compliance training and foster an ethical culture.
