Job summary

LGT Capital Partners AG is seeking a Compensation Specialist to design, administer, and analyze global compensation and benefits programs. You will ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with the company’s strategy, while collaborating across HR, Finance, and Payroll teams.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in English (German a plus). Flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in private or public markets preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Workday is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, administration, and analysis of compensation and benefits programs.
• Lead in market benchmarking by collecting, validating, and comparing external salary data.
• Assist in preparing reward proposals, presentations, and management materials.
• Help ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and legal standards;
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders on reward topics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within reward processes and tools.
