Zusammenfassung

Leonteq, a Swiss fintech, seeks a specialist to manage daily cash and collateral activities within its Global Treasury team in Zurich. You will oversee cash and non-cash collateral across multiple exposure types, engaging with external counterparties and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing and risk mitigation.

You will contribute to improving collateral processes, controls, and infrastructure while maintaining strong collaboration across teams in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in collateral management and related applications.
• Knowledge of securities financing products and processes.
• Experience with cash and non-cash collateral management, reconciliations and settlements.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily cash and collateral activities within the Global Treasury team based in Zurich.
• Manage cash and non-cash collateral across OTC, ETD, GMSLA, GMRA, TCM, CTA, and other exposures.
• Manage relationships with external collateral counterparties and service providers, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure day-to-day collateral processes are performed accurately and within required timeframes, resolving ad hoc queries.
• Take ownership of breaks, reconciliations, disputes and other operational issues, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
• Monitor collateral positions and identify operational, liquidity and counterparty risks, escalating as needed.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of collateral management infrastructure (triparty, automation, processes).
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiency in collateral management.
• Act as a key contact between clients, internal partners and operations for coordination and communication.
• Support and share knowledge with team members to maintain a high-performing team environment.
• Participate in collateral management, securities finance and operational change projects.
