Zusammenfassung

FarmaMondo Group in Chiasso, Switzerland, is seeking a high-caliber Treasury Manager to safeguard liquidity, optimize cash across multi-entity structures, and implement global cash pooling and FX risk management.

You will lead banking relationships, ensure compliance with Swiss regulations, drive process automation, and collaborate with finance, supply chain and commercial teams to support international expansion.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking; experience within global multi-entity organizations is a strong plus.
• Experience with multi-currency operations, FX management and Cross-border payments.
• Strong analytical skills, financial modeling capabilities, and proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and digital banking platforms.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Establish real-time global liquidity visibility across all subsidiaries, banks, and currencies.
• Implement process automation, with policies, governance and standard cash management processes.
• Centralize cash pooling, a global payments hub, and intercompany netting solutions.
• Develop and implement the Group's FX and financial risk management framework.
• Develop an investment strategy for surplus liquidity.
• Optimize working capital across the Group and the overall banking framework.
• Prepare the company for future financing requirements and support international expansion.
• Manage daily cash activities for HQ and all regional entities to ensure adequate liquidity.
