Qualifications

• PhD or PharmD in Clinical Pharmacology or related field.
• Clinical pharmacology fellowship preferred.
• 8+ years in industry for director-level roles in drug development.
• Extensive experience in PK, PD, and PK-PD strategy.
• Experience supporting drug development programs across stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical pharmacology and PK-PD strategies for assigned programs across the R&D portfolio.
• Design clinical pharmacology studies and relevant protocol sections across all stages of drug development.
• Plan and implement PK and PK-PD analyses, including non-compartmental analysis.
• Lead review and interpretation of study results and documentation.
• Represent clinical pharmacology on cross-functional teams and in regulatory interactions.
• Apply modeling and simulation to inform dose selection and study design.
• Provide regulatory support for submissions and health authority responses.
• Engage with external scientific experts to advance development approaches.
