Global change management & communication lead – cdgm (m / f / d)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead change management and communication activities for CDGM services on a global scale.
2. Identify the needs of different departments, considering their familiarity and use of TMF systems and processes.
3. Conduct stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and develop a comprehensive change management plan.
4. Support the development and execution of CDGM's communication strategy, collaborating with other change management teams and department representatives.
5. Define communication and engagement objectives, create effective communication plans, measure their success, and gather feedback for future improvements.
6. Act as CDGM representative in global, cross-functional process or clinical development improvement initiatives.
7. Gather feedback from end-users and share insights with CDGM stakeholders to better assess user needs.

Profile Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree required, preferably an advanced degree in life sciences.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations or clinical document management.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
4. In-depth understanding of the clinical development process, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
5. Experience working in global, multicultural teams.
6. Strong knowledge of system data structures and Clinical Document Management System functionalities.
7. Ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
8. Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in computer skills.
9. Strong organizational and communication abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
10. Proven networking skills and experience in training colleagues.
11. Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues independently, with the awareness of when to escalate problems.
