Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• Extensive experience in casting process engineering and process improvement in a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with MES/ERP systems and process analysis techniques.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and documentation of standardized casting processes and equipment across sites.
• Analyze casting processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using lean and Six Sigma.
• Design and implement process and equipment improvements including automation and new technologies.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, and production; train personnel on new processes and tools.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support digital manufacturing initiatives and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Manage complex projects with budget and timeline adherence.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
