You will own the retail calendar, season priorities, and store tiering, while driving in‑season decisions and exchange across field leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience leading retail for global fashion/lashion brands.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into commercially successful store execution.
• Excellent communication; multi‑lingual abilities are a plus.

• Own end‑to‑end retail plan and P&L across EMEA.

• Define store tiering and enable agile in‑season trading decisions.
