Zusammenfassung

VANS is seeking an exceptional Head of Brand Retail to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland. You will be accountable for delivering retail revenue and profitability for the brand across EMEA, translating brand strategy into commercially impactful consumer led retail execution.

The role owns the end-to-end retail plan, aligns in-store experiences to brand intent, drives conversion, and ensures seasonal and go-to-market excellence across store concepts, tiering and fleet strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Proven retail leadership experience in global organizations.
• Experience engaging and aligning senior stakeholders across Brand, Planning, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital.
• Ability to balance brand equity, consumer experience, and financial performance.
• Experience in retail network expansion, portfolio optimization, and development of innovative store concepts.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Define retail LRP goals aligned with GM and VP Retail.
• Deliver revenue, margin and contribution targets for the brand.
• Translate goals into a clear retail trading plan with Planning, Merch & Brand.
• Lead the Retail SOE for in-season trading decisions.
• Lead the retail go-to-market process and anchor the calendar in consumer moments.
• Define store tiering and align with brand intent.
• Own end-to-end store customer experience and elevate service models.
• Ensure strong brand expression through VM and storytelling in stores.
• Oversee store lifecycle including openings, closures, relocations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Real Estate and field leaders on investment decisions.
