International Brands in Switzerland is seeking an Art Director to lead visual and creative direction for our FMCG brands. You will own brand worlds, packaging, and multi-channel assets to drive performance in the market.

We value a strong FMCG footprint, hands-on execution, and the ability to move fast. You will collaborate with the Head of Brands and cross-functional teams to shape products and communications that resonate with consumers.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5+ years in a creative role (Design, Art Direction or similar).
• Strong portfolio with real FMCG or retail work and proven execution.
• Very strong Figma skills with experience in UI and web.
• Experience across packaging, social media, web and print.
• German & English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Own everything that moves our brands visually and creatively forward with a clear focus on FMCG performance in the market.
• Develop and execute creative concepts across all brands with visibility and impact.
• Build and evolve brand worlds with a consistent visual identity.
• Design packaging with FMCG logic to convert at shelf.
• Develop web, social and marketing assets focused on performance.
• Lead projects from idea to finished product in market.
• Manage freelancers and external partners with high quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Head of Brands and the broader team.
• Think beyond design with a holistic view from products to communication.
