The International Skating Union (ISU) invites applications for an Athlete Welfare and Sustainability Coordinator to lead and support the implementation of the ISU's welfare and sustainability initiatives from its Lausanne base.

The role involves coordinating programs across athlete welfare, safeguarding, education, and environmental initiatives, working with stakeholders worldwide to deliver impactful outcomes and uphold athlete well-being.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in athlete welfare, athlete services, sport administration, coaching or related field.
• Strong understanding of athlete wellbeing, safeguarding, and transitions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate meeting logistics and administration for the Athlete Welfare/Health Committees.
• Support data collection and reporting on athlete injuries.
• Coordinate Calm Zone volunteers at ISU events.
• Attend event medical meetings to promote mental health and welfare.
• Deliver anti-doping education sessions with ITA coordination.
• Support safeguarding practices and engagement with member federations.
