International Skating Union (ISU) in Lausanne is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to strengthen financial visibility, budgeting, and cross‑departmental project oversight. This role reports to senior leadership and requires a highly analytical, international mindset.

You will lead annual budgeting, develop dashboards, model scenarios, and monitor performance with 80–100% workload. English is essential (French an asset); immediate start and permanent contract in a global sports

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, MBA, or related field.
• 5–8 years in FP&A, strategy consulting, or financial controlling.
• Experience in budget planning, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
• Ability to work across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in English; French is an asset.

• Lead annual budget and forecasts consolidation.
• Provide financial analysis and scenario modelling for decisions.
• Monitor financial performance and highlight variances and risks.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for transparency.
• Support Council Meetings and Congress presentations.
