Pictet in Switzerland invites applications for a Group Compliance Officer – AML/CFT & Sanctions Specialist. You will help design and reinforce the Group’s AML & Sanctions framework, advise on topics across the bank, and support internal controls, audits and regulatory reviews.

You should hold a university degree in law, economics, finance or related field, with 5–10 years in AML & Sanctions compliance, strong Swiss regulation knowledge, and experience with internal controls.

Qualificações

• University degree in law, economics, finance or related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in AML & Sanctions compliance within a banking or financial institution, ideally international.
• Solid understanding of Swiss AML regulations (AMLA, AMLO, AMLO-FINMA) and main international sanctions regimes (CH, EU, US, UN).
• Proven experience in internal control frameworks and related market practices in AML and sanctions.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with ability to own tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to defining, reinforcement and formalisation of minimum AML & Sanctions standards across the Group.
• Support maintenance and effectiveness of AML & Sanctions internal control systems; follow-up audits and remediation.
• Advise on AML and sanctions topics for the Group (including non-banking entities).
• Perform AML & sanctions assessments with clear, documented recommendations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement resulting changes.
