BlackTide Partners seeks a Regulatory Compliance Consultant (Financial Services) to support KYC, AML, and background screening in line with Swiss banking regulations. You will contribute to the development of internal compliance frameworks and oversee regulatory audits for clients in the banking sector.

The ideal candidate has a degree in law, finance, or economics and substantial Swiss banking compliance experience, with fluency in French and English and German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, finance, or economics from a recognized institution.
• Solid experience in banking compliance in Swiss institutions or major consultancies serving financial clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of Swiss banking regulations including AML and KYC.

Aufgaben

• Support KYC, AML and background screening aligned with banking regulatory requirements.
• Assist investigations and projects on economic and financial crime, including fraud and corruption.
• Conduct internal and client-focused regulatory audits within the banking sector for regulatory adherence.
• Analyse evolving Swiss regulatory requirements and provide actionable compliance insights.
