Qualifikationen

• Experience leading large-scale learning, capability-building, or enablement programs across functions and regions.
• Ability to design structured learning journeys with clear progression and measurable outcomes.
• Strong facilitation skills and multiplier-model experience.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and modern AI tools.
• Experience managing organizational change and guiding teams through new ways of working.

Aufgaben

• Drive the end-to-end AI enablement strategy with consistent delivery across learning and certification tracks.
• Establish training standards, certification requirements and learning pathways for employee groups.
• Build and support a global network of facilitators, trainers and AI champions.
• Grow and moderate the AI Network as a collaboration platform for learning and knowledge sharing.
• Create Communities of Practice to share experiences, use cases and best practices.
