Job summary

Roche Digital Technology (RDT) seeks a Data & AI Excellence Lead to accelerate policy adoption and a data- and AI-driven culture across Roche. As a senior individual contributor, you bridge Data Governance and AI Governance, translating policies into enterprise-wide standards while guiding federated teams.

Reporting to Head of Data & AI Governance, you will shape metrics, change management, and responsible AI practices, enabling safe, scalable AI adoption and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data/AI governance in a global, matrix organization.
• Experience operationalizing data mesh and data products.
• Experience with AI ethics guidelines and model governance.
• Ability to translate policies into enterprise-wide practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead data and AI governance programs across the enterprise.
• Bridge Data Governance and AI Governance domains.
• Develop adoption metrics and executive reporting.
• Drive change-management initiatives for AI/data adoption.
• Collaborate with federated domains without formal authority.
