Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Global Account Manager to manage a key customer relationship and drive executive sponsorship across Digital Technology, Operations, and LoB. You will coordinate with executives, architects, marketing, and services to deliver strategic outcomes and expand AWS adoption across the account.

The GAM will work with AWS resources to build trusted advisor relationships, articulate value, and drive multi-year deals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years selling in technology or complex B2B environments.
• Sold to large, complex customers with measurable outcomes and cross-selling.
• Coordinated across internal teams to drive account outcomes for full cycle deals.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to, and leading, within an AWS customer account team.
• Identifying and building trusted advisor relationships with CXOs across LoB and IT.
• Working with internal AWS teams to support the best business solution for customers.
• Defining a CXO relationship strategy and coordinating executive business reviews.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and managing a global sales pipeline.
