Responsibilities

• Provide simple inbound assistance to drivers in need of roadside support; no sales involved, with clear and empathetic communication over the phone.
• Handle incoming calls, provide calm and helpful responses in emergency situations, and coordinate basic support.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker with B2 level English
• Calm under pressure, friendly, and helpful
• Able to work on rotating shifts (40 hours per week, 24/7; 2 days off)
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
