Zusammenfassung

ETH Swiss GeoLab in Root/Lucerne is seeking a Head of Geospatial AI to lead the Geo-Intelligence Team and own the geospatial AI platform. You will shape the technical strategy for multimodal foundation models, agentic AI systems, and data pipelines, working with academia and industry partners.

You will prioritize architecture, standards, and delivery within the mission charter and governance framework, collaborating across ETH, CSCS and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership of AI/ML or geospatial data projects with external collaboration.
• Experience defining technical architectures and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in ML and multimodal foundation models with adaptable tech knowledge.

• Define and implement ETH Swiss GeoLab’s geospatial AI strategy and architecture.
• Lead multimodal foundation models, agentic AI and data pipelines; set standards and priorities.
• Coordinate with CSCS, ETH units and industry partners to ensure scalable, secure platform delivery.
