Zusammenfassung

Bulgari seeks a Brand Ambassador to lead our flagship boutique on Rue du Rhône, Geneva. You will maximize brand image, client experience, and store productivity across high-end jewelry, watches, and accessories, reporting to the Switzerland MD.

You will guide a nine-person team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. The role requires a track record in luxury retail, strong product knowledge, and ability to drive client engagement across channels.

Qualifikationen

• 10 years experience in a similar position within a high-end luxury boutique.
• Expertise in retail store operations and sales techniques.
• Knowledge spans marketing, media, and merchandising.
• Fluency in English and French; Italian or German an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead the store team to deliver a unique client experience and luxury service across all touchpoints.
• Motivate the team to engage with clients beyond in-store transactions and foster an omnichannel mindset.
• Ensure the team’s product knowledge, storytelling, and selling skills.
• Develop clienteling strategies and precise follow-up of client portfolios and KPIs.
• Own store strategy, set objectives, and provide feedback with quantifiable insights to HQ.
• Coordinate store operations with Digital/e-Commerce, Merchandising and other departments.
