Harrington Starr is seeking a Sales Manager in Geneva to own the local sales pipeline and establish a strong Swiss footprint for a fast-growing AI/Fintech vendor. You will close deals from a warm, pre-mapped prospect list and work with a Paris-based leadership team as the local face of the business.

Based in or around Geneva, you will drive the full sales cycle for SaaS offerings in financial services and help pave the way for regional expansion as the market matures.

Qualifikationen

• Hunter mentality with a proven close track record.
• Able to self-start in a smaller, less structured organisation.
• Strong domain familiarity with banks, trading firms and the trading tech/market data ecosystem.
• Experience selling SaaS into financial services is advantageous.

• Own and drive the Geneva/Switzerland sales pipeline from a warm, pre-mapped list of prospects.
• Build local presence: attend meetings, build relationships, and keep deals moving.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to close.
