Job summary

Michael Page in Geneva is seeking a Senior Onboarding and Compliance specialist for an asset management client. You will manage institutional onboarding processes in line with regulatory requirements and verify documentation, ensuring accuracy and audit-ready records.

You'll collaborate with internal teams, monitor client data, implement process improvements, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Fluency in English and French is required, with a strong understanding of banking operations

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of banking and financial services operations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in managing client documentation and regulatory processes.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in onboarding activities.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and in French.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate client onboarding processes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
