A leading wellness company is looking for a Sales Director to lead its EMEA organization. You will be responsible for market expansion, new business development, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in scaling revenue across multiple markets, and a passion for health and well-being. As a key member of the BLACKROLL leadership team, this role is responsible for leading the Europe EMEA organisation and beyond with a focus on driving market expansion, B2B growth including wholesale, medical professionals and clinics, physiotherapy practices, gyms, retailer partners, distributors, gym/medical channel as well as potential strategic channels such as professional sports teams and organisations.
With full P&L accountability and through end customer/consumer understanding and knowledge, create and execute the most appropriate distribution strategy by territory, region and country. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on new business development and will be responsible for opening new accounts and markets, as well as widening existing business to drive strong performance.
There is flexibility on location and where the role is based role (Switzerland or Netherlands), however the successful candidate must be willing to travel extensively as well as making monthly to visit the BLACKROLL HQ in Bottighofen, Switzerland
