WinGD is looking for a

General Counsel Legal & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance: organize board/shareholder meetings, maintain legal registers and filings.
• Lead company-wide legal and compliance matters, including insurance, litigation, and regulatory topics.
• Negotiate and manage a broad range of contracts (license, NDA, R&D, service, IT, etc.).
• Oversee compliance systems (anti-corruption, sanctions, export control, etc.) and deliver training.
• Advise management on legal risks, strategy, and critical negotiations.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Law degree with solid experience in corporate, commercial, and compliance law.
• Skilled in contract negotiation and litigation oversight.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss and international legal frameworks.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and confident communicator.
