Unique AI is building a secure GenAI platform for the financial sector in Zurich. We are seeking a Data Scientist who will craft production AI agents and systems to deliver real business impact.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams, focusing on building scalable AI workflows, deploying GenAI solutions, and communicating complex concepts to stakeholders. Hybrid work setup in Zurich with remote days offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building software or ML/AI products.
• 2+ years developing LLM-based systems; finance experience a plus.
• Production GenAI delivery and AI Agents experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs: tool calling and prompting for customer use cases.
• Strong Python coding for production-ready AI pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve vertical GenAI use cases in the financial industry.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to design, prototype, and develop AI Agents and systems that deliver business impact.
