Crypto Finance AG, headquartered in Zurich, is seeking a Data & Analytics professional to push our AI strategy forward. You will identify use cases, engineer production-grade AI and automation, and contribute to a data platform used by Finance, Operations, and Risk reporting.

The role blends workshops with hands-on coding and governance work in a hybrid Zurich setting. You will work across Compliance, Trading, Operations, Legal, Sales, and Finance, delivering scalable data pipelines and

Qualifikationen

3–6 years of relevant experience in AI/data roles.
Production experience with LLM applications and agentic patterns.
Strong Python; production-ready code.
Evaluation discipline for LLMs; handling hallucination.
Familiarity with Dagster and transformation frameworks (SQLMesh, dbt).
Solid SQL and data modeling.
Cloud experience, ideally GCP and BigQuery.
Eligibility to work in Switzerland; English proficiency.

Aufgaben

Identify, scope, and prioritize AI use cases across departments.
Contribute to AI governance, risk classification, and docs artifacts.
Review new AI initiatives and advise on scope and design.
Develop ELT pipelines on Dagster + SQLMesh + dlt stack.
Build data substrates for AI workloads and maintain IaC in Git.
