Job summary

cinfo in Switzerland seeks a GBV/PSEAH Specialist to prevent, mitigate and respond to gender-based violence among those assisted. You will advise on survivor-centered, gender-transformative approaches and support safeguarding and accountability systems across Switzerland and partner organisations.

You will advise senior management and programme teams, strengthen partner safeguarding, and coordinate with UN agencies and donors as part of country or regional office initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GBV risk mitigation and protection mainstreaming in programme design.
• Experience with survivor-centered approaches and safeguarding.
• Ability to advise on country strategy and policy dialogue.

Responsibilities

• Advising management and programme staff on GBV risk mitigation and protection mainstreaming.
• Supporting survivor-centered and gender-transformative programming across portfolio.
• Reviewing proposals, budgets and reports from a GBV/PSEAH perspective.
• Acting as PSEAH focal point and ensuring safe reporting channels exist.
• Strengthening partners' GBV, PSEAH and safeguarding systems.
• Representing the office in coordination structures and with stakeholders.
• Training staff on GBV, PSEAH and protection mainstreaming.
• Documenting lessons learned and contributing to knowledge management.
