Job summary

santéservices ag in Solothurn is seeking a Data Protection Consultant to strengthen our central functions. You will ensure DSG/DSV compliance, maintain DPIA processes, and support projects from a data protection perspective.

You will coordinate incidents, guide teams, and collaborate with IT, legal and HR to foster a compliant culture. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in law or related fields, several years of data protection experience, and fluency in German; French language skills

Qualifications

University degree in law, business informatics, or comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in data protection and familiarity with DSG/DSV and GDPR.
Experience with DPIAs, supervisory authorities, and collaboration with IT and information security.
Understanding of technical protective measures; knowledge of KVG is a plus.
Fluent German; French language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Ensure DSG/DSV compliance and continuously develop data protection processes.
Maintain the directory of processing activities and support data protection impact assessments.
Accompany new projects, systems, and processes from a data protection perspective and coordinate incidents.
Advise management and departments; collaborate with IT, information security, legal and HR.

... accompany new projects, systems, and processes as well as the use of external service providers from a data protection perspective.
... coordinate data protection incidents, requests from affected individuals, and contact with the EDÖB.
... raise awareness and train employees, thereby strengthening a lived data protection culture.
... advise management and specialist departments and work closely with IT, information security, legal, and HR.

Your Profile | You…

... have a university degree in law, business informatics, or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in data protection/compliance.
... bring several years of experience in data protection and are familiar with DSG/DSV and, ideally, GDPR.
... have experience with DPIAs, supervisory authorities, and collaboration with IT and information security.
... understand technical protective measures and ideally have experience in transformation projects; knowledge of KVG is a plus.
... communicate very well in German and well in French and work carefully, solution-oriented, and appropriately for the audience.
