Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Funds Specialist to join the Accounts and SSI Data team. You will process static data changes, set ups and amendments across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support regulatory and client needs.

You will interact with business partners, vendors and IT colleagues, provide first-line analysis, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain internal controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and within a team.
• Ability / flexibility to work in different shifts.
• Maintain HSBC internal control standards and address audit points.
• Complete all Mandatory training within timelines and participate in staff training.
• Excellent problem solving skills and strong time management.
• Good oral and written skills in English.
• Able to work under pressure and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process static data activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update static data and related information.
• Escalate non-compliant instances and implement preventive actions.
• Provide first-line support and analysis to business locations and vendors.
• Participate in compliance, audit checks and process improvements.
• Create MI reports for various jurisdictions and monitor processing rates.
