Mirabaud invites a meticulous Fund Oversight and Product Governance Officer to join our Geneva-based Asset Management team. You will steward fund data used in client documents, support due diligence responses and governance workflows, and contribute to governance packs for committees and boards.

Ideal candidates hold a University Degree and 2–5 years in asset management, with strong FR/EN communication, data handling, and organizational skills across multiple priorities.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years in asset management or related roles.
• Ability to read performance tables, risk metrics and attribution data.
• Strong organization and multi-project management.
• Fluent in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end institutional client questionnaire responses (including DDQ).
• Maintain centralized content library of fund information and standardised responses.
• Manage multiple mandates against tight deadlines, prioritising across the pipeline.
• Build and maintain coverage of major consultant databases and platforms.
• Act as custodian of fund-level data for client-facing documents and regulatory materials.
• Support product change notification processes and governance workflows.
• Prepare materials for fund oversight committees and board reporting.
