Job summary

coni + partner ag, Zürich-based consultancy, supports an international bank seeking a Team Leader for Manager Control Middle Office / Fund Operations. You will oversee data flows for funds (CISA, ETF, UCITS), ensure NAV accuracy, drive data quality, and produce performance reports.

The role requires a finance/economics degree, Big Four or asset-management experience, and programming skills (Python/SQL/VBA). English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking & Finance or Economics.
• Experience at a Big Four firm or as auditor/consultant in funds.
• Knowledge of Swiss and international funds.
• Experience with FINMA/FMA/CSSF regulatory bodies.
• Interest in IT and process automation; programming skills in Python/SQL/VBA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data flows in investment fund sector (CISA, ETF, UCITS) and data quality.
• Lead and develop a team; set concepts, specifications and best practices.
• Supervise NAV calculations, fund figures, cost transparency and reports.
• Participate in valuation decisions and committees; liaise with regulators.
• Plan and execute fund-operations automation projects with stakeholders.
